Forums Focus: A weekly blog to enlighten, encourage and equip Christian business leaders to lead in business using Biblical Business Principles.
Biblical Business Principles – Last time we focused on Who Gets the Glory. Do you take into consideration who will get the glory from your work in business, especially when God answers your prayers?
This week we will focus on Trustworthy People. What are the trustworthy people in your business sphere?
Faithful messengers are as refreshing as snow in the heat of summer. They revive the spirit of their employer. Proverbs 25:13 NLT
Most of you are employers or in business leadership positions. Take a moment and think about the faithful employees who are refreshing you. Who revives your spirit?
Faithful people can be trusted; they are punctual, responsible, honest, and hardworking. Who are your faithful people who give you the consistent message “the task assigned to me is complete”, and it is?
How do you show your appreciation to these faithful employees? Ask God to show you how so that you will do it in a way that is most effective from the recipients viewpoint. Our ways are often not His ways!
If you are an employee, how are you reviving the spirit of your employer?
Bit of Wisdom
It is not good to eat much honey, nor is it glorious to seek one’s own glory. Proverbs 25:27 NLT
